I got a differential problem with my Bmw within first few weeks of my purchase. Norman very nice guy, he made sure to correctly diagnose the issue and fixed it. Just after warranty expired, my car got problem with engine. He contributed financially for fixing it and went beyond my expectations in customer service.

I've bought a lot of cars over the years from car yards but this would have to be the best experience to date at Melbourne Online Motors in Dandenong. I only wish I'd found them sooner. The price was great and the service was fantastic going out of there way to make the experience of buying a used car as pleasant as possible. I'll definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
